Code of Conduct

Our Promise

We are committed to making participation in Red Tipográfica a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sexual characteristics, gender identity and expression, experience level, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic that could be used to discriminate against someone.

Our Standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language.
  • Respecting different viewpoints and experiences.
  • Accepting constructive criticism.
  • Focusing on the well-being of participants.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include:

  • Use of hate or violent language or imagery.
  • Derogatory comments, personal or political attacks.
  • Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual comments, or any behavior related to abuse.
  • Trolling, flaming, non-constructive comments, or any behavior that disrupts participation in a conversation.
  • Any form of discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, etc.

Responsibilities of Participants

Participants agree to:

  • Avoid using hate speech or any form of discrimination.
  • Immediately report any behavior that does not align with this code of conduct to the project administrators.
  • Engage in a constructive and respectful manner.

What to Do if You Are Harassed

If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, please contact a project administrator as soon as possible. The administrators will take appropriate steps to address the incident according to the circumstances.

Reporting Procedure

If you witness or are the subject of behavior that violates this code of conduct, please immediately report it to Red Tipográfica administrators via @email. All reports will be taken seriously and treated confidentially.

Consequences of Violations

Consequences for violations of the code of conduct may include, but are not limited to:

  • Temporary expulsion from the project.
  • Permanent expulsion from the project.
  • Other measures the administrators deem necessary to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
